Return the product;

  • If the item is damaged upon arrival, we will send a new replacement at no cost

Approval of Refund

We process your REFUND within 7 working days, and it may take additional 15 working days to reflect on your bank account, depending on your bank processing time. 

The fund goes back to the same account/card and bank detail we received the payment
